Mincemeat

1st Batch made and it smells divine and tastes even better.



next batch underway, then onto Medlar Jelly!

    Hmm-I can almost smell it from here. I love this time of year - Christmas preparations - but I am all behind!

    I have none absolutely NOTHING towards Christmas.
    But I did buy some toys for the grandboys and a bar of dog shampoo soap for the granddog. I suppose that counts for something!
